The Maddy Jones Foundation (www.maddyjonesfoundation.com.au) was established after the passing of Damian Jones’s daughter, Maddy, from Sepsis in October 2017. Had they known about Sepsis, Maddy’s symptoms would have been recognised by both family and healthcare professionals. Critical to creating success for the foundation was the need for general IT support and assistance in securely accepting donations online.

WHAT WAS NEEDED

A PCI compliant website that was capable of accepting online donations to allow the foundation to capture critical funds for its ongoing work.

SpaceRanger * is an international software development company for the Automotive industry. Their aim is to increase the quality of data that comes from prospects to assist automotive dealerships in the sales process.

SpaceRanger was the target of cybercriminals who infected their machines with a ransomware virus. All staff were not able to open critical business files without a message prompting them to pay a ransom to unlock the files. They needed a way to remove the infection from their machines and prevent it from coming back.
